Tory-run Brighton and Hove Council's top manager reorganisation costs £1 million

Brighton and Hove City Council taxpayers are counting the true financial cost of the internal reorganisation of the council's services, as reports emerge that a former director has received a 'six-figure' pay-off even though they secured a new job.
